Pertelian ver5 will not connect ,etc ?

When I click on the Pertelian listing in my programs listing the icon appears on my toolbar on the right handside as always . Many times it simply will not start displaying the info I have it set to display ,the local wheather, CNN beaking news the time in three differant time zones system specs ,etc . The icon will not react at all if I try to right click on it to open the program nothing will happen .I have to ctrl/alt/delete in order to close it down and try again sometimes on the second try it will connect and work fine ,and other times after several times it still will not connect ? Can you please tell me how I should go about trouble shooting this problem ?

Would it be possible to send me the Pertelian.log file in the Pertelian\logs directory? It may help diagnose the problem.
